Account Manager for Japanese Orientated Companies (JOC)

Responsibilities:
  • As an Account Manager you will be responsible in driving the business and increasing Fujitsu shared of wallet in the assigned territory or vertical industry.  Your responsibility will include creating and maintaining close relationship with customers, generating demands / projects, creating and managing account and opportunities plan as well as achieving target / quota assigned, conduct post sales activities to maintain and ensure client loyalty, satisfaction and mutually beneficial solid long term relationship. You will work closely with Fujitsu strong Technology Consultants and Product Managers internally.

Requirements:
  • You must have at least have 4 (four) years experience in managing Japanese clients/accounts. If you are Japanese spoken, it will be an advantage.
  • You are required to have strong background knowledge of IT or Telecommunication products and solutions; understand industry trends and competitor activity and apply them in sales plan development; understand sales and marketing principles and also good in networking.  You must have strong analytical, presentation, negotiation and creative problem solving skills, and fluent in English. You must have ability to develop and manage clients.
  • You must have motivated self starter working with cross functional teams with excellent interpersonal skills, passionate energetic, mature, strong personal drive. Have willingness to travel, and have effective time management, planning, organizing and multi-tasking skills to accommodate workload demands.

Account Manager for Oil & Gas Industries

Presales for Application Services

  • As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible in supporting Sales Team on proposal and solutions to customer. Your responsibility will include meeting with customer to understand their requirements and come out with proposal, presenting the solution and design to customer, and generating bill of materials for quotations. You are contributing significantly to customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with LOB specialist to win the business in manufacturing industry (MFG) area, especially JOC segment.
Requirements:
  • You are required to have deep knowledge in manufacturing process (Sales order, purchase order, AR and AP; production planning; inventory and warehouse; and distribution). You must have at least diploma degree, minimal 5 (five) years experience in related field.
  • You are required to have deep technical skills that can be translated into customer solutions, and communicate technically and businesses to customer. You must have good analytical and problem solving skill. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have willingness to travel. Business Development Manager for Oracle

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle Indonesia
  • Working thru LoB Sales and Account Manager to develop new and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Working thru LoB Sales and Account Manager to seek customers in company target markets through research and direct contact with potential customers
  • Advise LoB Sales and Account Manager to generate project/business opportunities and RFP’s through customer contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies
  • Support LoB Sales and Account Manager to drive the sales process from inquiry/RFP coordination through “Closing the Deal”
  • Collaborate with ISS LoB Head and Practice Head to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals

Networking Solution Product Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Create and drive go-to-market plans especially in networking technology fields that increase revenue and improve market position in key market segments
  • Drive outbound marketing strategies to improve awareness, sales pipeline and market position
  • Manage content development for sales training field sales force and channel partners.
  • Conduct and co-ordinate product presentation, sales enablement workshop to channel partners and end user opportunities.
  • Conduct and co-ordinate sales and marketing related research on competitive vendors
  • Establish external relationships with key customers to use as an external sounding board for product marketing efforts
  • Monitor industry and technology trends

Requirements:

Network Sales Specialist

  • Configuring Fujitsu Product Solution and work closely with internal pre sales and channel sales
  • Delivery of various pre sales activities - Including responding to customer request for information, developing and planning conceptual solution presentations and demonstrations, technical / product guidance in meeting, etc.
  • Providing technological guidance to new and potential pertner e.g prrof of concepts and workshops
  • Supporting sales efforts with in depth product and business expertise
  • Maintain an in depth knowledge of the company'products and solution services oferings and methodologies
  • Delivering services to clients and partners in a pre sales environment - where appropriate, deliver chargeable services to clients and partners

Requirements:

Senior SAP FICO Package Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • As a Fujitsu SAP Consultant in Financial/Controlling, you are required to have in depth understanding of financial accounting processes and the SAP FI and CO modules. Experience with financial reporting and accounting requirements, processes to meet financial reporting requirements is desired in FI (Financial Accounting) including both classic and New GL. On CO you need to have experience in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting and/or Profitability Analysis.
  • You will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP Enterprise Management Financials and Controlling Module.  You will use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.


Requirements:
  • Professionals who can primarily apply their technical skills in pre-sales activities as well as working with an internal or external customer billable services and implementation environment; 5-7 years of relevant work experience  with at least 5 years of SAP experience and having at least  5 full-cycle projects. Should have  excellent communication skills and team-working capabilities; willing to travel and work abroad.
