Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Sales Manager Surabaya and work closely with Indoor Sales as a team. This position is responsible to grow revenue, profitability and trading base of the Ad- hoc, Small, Medium and Large customer classifications through acquisition of new customers, Development of existing customers, Improvement of revenue quality to obtain selling the full range of TNT products and solutions.
- Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years sales experience, proven track in achieving sales target, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office. This position required jobholder must have driving license and own car.
Risk and Security Manager
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Country General Manager. This position is responsible to identify, evaluate and control economically the exposure threatening the assets or earnings capability of the company, to limit and if possible to reduce the costs of risks to the company, to develop and implement sound security strategies by developing and continuously reviewing securities policies for the business unit, to manage security investigation in relation to good in transit claims and continue to reduce losses and damages to client shipment and other assets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with a minimum 5 years of relevant Security / Compliance / Operational experience and 3 years experience in multinational company, good understanding of Country security environment and legislation initiatives, having strong knowledge of electronic security system, deployment, management of security guarding services & investigation procedures, great people management, communication, leadership and influencing skills, able to interact with peers, subordinate and those with higher authority within and outside organization, willingness and flexibility to travel extensively/globally without restriction, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
Customer Service Frontline Representative (Batam)

- Report directly to Depot Manager Batam. This position is responsible for handling incoming calls, customer’s inquiry & complaint, as well as assist to fill their needs, to maintain our service excellence.
- Minimum diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in related field especially service industry, pleasant personality and excellent communication skills, good verbal and written English skills and familiarity in using Ms. Office.
