The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

Desk Collection - Surabaya
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will responsible to perform collection activity by phone.
Requirements:
- To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- For Surabaya domicile only
- Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA 2.75
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
- Target Oriented
- Able to work in a team, show pro-active attitude and has pleasant communication skill.
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity, quick learner and highly motivated.
